Incident At Oglala:The Leonard Peltier Story

Incident at Oglala narrated by Robert Redford tells the story of two FBI agents shot dead at an Indian Reservation in 1975 and the subsequent investigation that led to the conviction of Leonard Peltier. The Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota was at the time a volatile place with clashes between  different Native American groups. Strangely the FBI arrived on the day to investigate a pair of stolen boots but quickly found themselves involved in a shoot out. The film does have an agenda and maintains Leonard Peltier was unfairly tried (A position Amnesty International backed in 2010).
