We take it for granted now that we will have three main meals per day in our Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. But not only has this not always been the case what we actually eat for our main meals has changed quiet a lot over the centuries. In this BBC documentary series Clarissa Dickson Wright traces the history of our meals and what lead to what we eat for each today.
