Building The Titanic: Birth Of A Legend

We all know the fate of the Titanic but what did it take to build what at the time was called "The largest and safest" passenger liner in history ? In the documentary we see how the plans were formed for the ship by Harland and Wolff in 1908 and how work commenced in Belfast in March 1909. The film reconstructs the years between 1909 and 1912 when the Titanic took her maiden voyage telling the story's from the designers to the labourers working on the most famous ship in history.
