While men and woman are risking their lives serving their countries others are taking advantage of the situation turning war into profit. It's War Profiteering and during the Iraq war Panorama claim $23 Billion has gone missing, has been stolen or has not been accounted for. A number that will shock those who serve their countries and the tax payers who's pockets it came from, indeed nobody could fail to be shocked at the figure and how it was taken.
Reporter Jane Corbin finds out that "when America goes to war so does corporate America" huge companies win contracts to supply goods and services in war zones. Corbin tracks down the people accused of War Profiteering and those it has affected most.
