Rogue Nation: History Of Convict Australia

In this documentary historian Michael Cathcart explores the fascinating history of Australia as a penal colony. From 1788 for eighty years over 160,000 convicts were sent to Australia but within a few years many were settling into their new life and looking to establish equal rights. It's a story of a power struggle between the establishment in Australia and London and the settled convicts, meanwhile the native Aborigines were often forgotten. The video contains the two episodes of Rogue Nation namely Honour Among Thieves and Rights of Passage.
