Nat Geo: The American Bald Eagle

In this wildlife documentary long time film maker Neil Rettic documents the animal that is a national symbol in America the bald eagle. We get to track the bird that was at one stage threatened with extirpation in the USA. Neil sees how they hunt, breed and we even go inside the nest of a Bald eagle to find some surprises. Then with hidden cameras in the nest we see a pair of eagles work constantly to protect the eggs from which their young will emerge. The life cycle starts again as the young eagles now learn to hunt and fend for themselves.
